摘要
中华老字号餐饮品牌是中国传统饮食文化的重要载体,在长期发展的过程中,丰富了地方文化内涵,体现了地方饮食特色。国潮背景下,老字号餐饮品牌迎来新一轮机遇与挑战。本文围绕国潮背景下老字号餐饮品牌的发展现状,提出老字号餐饮品牌的创新需挖掘传统饮食文化内涵,建立文化自信;促进老字号餐饮品牌发展,融合传统技艺与现代审美;结合消费者生活场景,完成老字号的现代化转型;通过贴近、适应现代生活从而创造更多的文化与经济效益,带动当地经济的发展。
Chinese time-honored food and beverage brands are traditional Chinese food culture. In the process of long-term development, it has enriched the connotation of local culture and reflected the characteristics of local food.In the context of the national tide, time-honored catering brands usher in a new round of opportunities and challenges.This paper focuses on the development status of time-honored catering brands under the background of the national tide, and proposes that the innovation of time-honored catering brands needs to tap the connotation of traditional food culture and build cultural confidence;promote the development of time-honored catering brands, integrate traditional skills and modern aesthetics;complete the modernization transformation of time-honored brands in combination with consumer life scenes;by being close to and adapting to modern life, it will create more cultural and economic benefits and drive the development of the local economy.
