摘要
为合理使用钢铁工艺产生的工业固废含铁尘泥,同时配入一定比例的低价低品精矿,达到解决钢铁企业环保问题和降低球团生产成本的目的,分别从各原料的物化性能出发,进行基准条件试验、配矿试验研究。根据配矿方案的生球性能试验、焙烧球强度试验、冶金性能试验结果及机理分析,常规球团原料配比75%、低品位矿配比20%、含铁尘泥配比5%时生球落下强度6.6次、焙烧球强度3 320N/个、还原度RI72.56%、还原膨胀率10.71%、球团熔滴区间为275℃试验结果最优,推荐为最优的生产配矿方案。
With the improvement of the environmental protection system and the enhancement of the stringency of the law enforcement system, the use of industrial solid waste in the iron and steel industry has been the primary focus of the environmental protection department and the public. In order to reasonably use the iron-containing dust and mud produced by the iron and steel process, a certain proportion of low-cost and low-grade concentrates is added at the same time so as to solve the environmental protection problems of iron and steel enterprises and reduce the production cost of pellets. In this paper, the physical and chemical properties of raw materials, green ball preparation tests, benchmark condition tests, ore blending tests and metallurgical performance tests are introduced respectively. According to the test results and mechanism analysis, when the proportion of conventional pellet raw materials is 75%, the proportion of low-grade ore is 20%, and the proportion of iron-containing dust and mud is 5%, the test results are the best with the green ball falling strength of 6.6 times, the roasting ball strength of 3 320 N/P, the reduction degree of RI72.56%, the reduction swelling rate of 10.79%, and the pellet droplet interval of 275%. It is recommended to be the best production and ore blending scheme.
