Present Situation and Development of Long Campaign Life Technologies of Large BF in China

摘要 论述了我国大型高炉长寿技术的发展现状。在大型高炉设计中 ,通过优化炉型、采用合理炉缸内衬结构、铜冷却壁、软水密闭循环冷却系统、薄壁内衬等技术为高炉长寿创造条件。通过自动化检测与控制、炉体维护等技术使高炉寿命达到 15年以上。对高炉炉缸内衬结构、铜冷却壁、软水密闭循环冷却系统、薄壁内衬的应用进行了评述 ,对我国大型高炉长寿技术的发展提出了建议。 The present development situation of China large BF long campaign life technologies are narrated . In the design of large BF, the technologies like optimized BF profile, reasonable hearth lining, copper stave, soft water closed circulating cooling system and thin-walled lining etc. were applied to prolong BF campaign life. The BF campaign life can last over 15 years by applying the technologies like automation detection and control and proper maintenance etc.. In this thesis, the applications like hearth lining, copper stave, closed circulating soft water cooling system, thin-walled lining etc. are reviewed, also some suggestions for China large BF long campaign life technologies are brought out.
