摘要
针对由某烧结粉矿自然水分下细磨得到的巴西赤铁精粉展开研究,检测其物化性能,并在湘潭瑞通球团厂年产量120万t的链箅机-回转窑生产线上进行了为期1个月的工业试验,考察其取代部分磁铁矿来制备优质氧化球团矿的可行性。结果表明:配加10%~20%的巴西赤铁精粉后,膨润土用量降至0.56%,较基准减少了22.2%,此时生球落下强度可达4.5次/0.5m,生球抗压强度为16.4 N/个,生球性能良好;此试验表明,在10%~20%巴西赤铁精粉取代赤铁精矿的原料条件下,成品球团矿的机械强度和冶金性能均可满足高炉冶炼要求,其中配加15%巴西赤铁精粉条件下的成品球团矿的抗压强度为3300N/个,还原度为64.42%。
The hematite concentrate of Brazil obtained by fine grinding of sinter powder under natural moisture was studied to detect its physical and chemical properties,and was tested in industry on the grate-rotary kiln production line with an annual output of 1.2 million tons in Xiangtan Ruitong Pelletizing Plant to investigate the feasibility of replacing part of magnetite to prepare high-quality oxidized pellets.The results show that the lowest percentage of bentonite consumption is 0.56%,and the highest percentage of benonite is reduced to 22.2%after 10%-20%Brazilian hematite concentrate powder is charged.At this time,the drop strength of green pellets can reach 4.5 times/0.5m,and the compressive strength of green pellets is 16.4 N/piece,so the green pellets have good performance.The industrial test of grate-rotary kiln shows that the mechanical strength and metallurgical properties of finished pellets are good under the condition that 10%-20%Brazilian hematite concentrate fine replaces hematite concentrate.The strength of finished pellets with 15%Brazilian hematite concentrate fines is 3300 N/pellet,and the reduction degree is 64.42%.
