摘要
把基于小型PLC、HMI和DTU的自动控制系统,应用到无人值守的油田注水间,实现了本地和远程自动监控和管理间内的生产设备。小型PLC具有方便高效、高性价比、高稳定性、高可靠性、高集成度、模块化、体积小、重量轻、低功耗等优点。根据注水间的设备和工艺流程,结合小型PLC的特点,对PLC和模块进行选型,同时选择配套的HMI和DTU等设备。PLC采集各种仪表数据,根据不同仪表的特点和要求采用不同的采集模式。根据选择好的硬件和工艺设备要求,设计和编写上位程序和下位程序。上位程序包括高压注水泵控制和状态、变频器频率调节和反馈数据、各注水井的压力、温度和流量等数据;下位程序要充分考虑高压注水泵的连锁条件、变频器的PID控制,还要做好与流量控制器的通信。选择DTU方式进行数据上传。实际应用表明,本控制系统能够有效保证注水间设备的安全稳定运行并实现数据远传,其功能齐全、运维方便、节约成本,满足生产实际要求,值得在油田推广应用。
The automatic control system based on small PLC,HMI and DTU is applied to the unattended oilfield water injection room,and the local and remote automatic monitoring and management of production equipment in the room are realized.Small PLC has the advantages of convenience and efficiency,high cost performance,high stability,high reliability,high integration,modularization,small size,light weight,and low power consumption.According to the equipment and process flow of the water injection room,combined with the characteristics of the small PLC,the model for PLC and modules are selected,and the supporting HMI and DTU equipment are determined at the same time.PLC collects various instrument data,and adopts different collection modes according to the characteristics and requirements of different instruments.Upper and lower programs are designed and written according to the selected hardware and process equipment requirements.The upper program includes the control and status of the high-pressure water injection pump,the frequency adjustment and feedback data of the frequency converter,and the pressure,temperature and flow data of each water injection well.The lower program fully consider the interlocking conditions of the high-pressure water injection pump,the PID control of the frequency converter,and also does a good job in communication with the flow controller.The DTU mode is selected for data upload.The practical application shows that the control system can effectively ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment in the water injection room,and realize remote data transmission.The system has complete functions,convenient operation and maintenance,cost saving,and meets the actual production requirements,which is worthy of popularization and application in oilfields.
