摘要 针对小麦播种智能化程度低,种植时播种量调节费工、费力,以及精确度差等问题,研制了一种联合整地小麦智能施肥播种机。以电子控制单元(ECU)控制技术为核心,采用电动智能播种作业,以串口屏作为人机交互界面,在线设置作业参数,实现小麦播种、施肥的数字化调节。机具一次作业可实现旋耕、深松、分层施肥、电动施肥、播种,以及漏播/堵塞监测等多道工序,提高了播种种植的作业效率与质量。 Aiming at the problems of low intelligent degree of wheat sowing, labor-consuming, labor-consuming and poor precision of sowing quantity adjustment during planting, an intelligent fertilizer seeder for wheat combining soil preparation is developed, which takes the electronic control unit ecu control technology as the core, the Electric Intelligent sowing operation is adopted, and the operation parameters are set on-line through a serial interface to realize the digital regulation of wheat sowing and fertilization, rotary tillage, subsoiling, layered fertilization, electric fertilization, sowing and monitoring of missed or blocked seeding can be realized in one operation of the machine and tools, and the efficiency and quality of sowing and planting can be improved.
