摘要
从深圳市生态文明建设考核的基本流程着手,结合信息系统的基础设施、基本功能和管理维护要求等,对生态文明建设考核实行信息化的可行性进行了探讨,初步分析了建立生态文明建设考核信息系统的组织架构和技术架构,构建了考核信息系统的雏形,并从任务分解、资料汇总、任务跟踪和考核评分等方面考虑,对考核信息系统建立后将达到的预期工作效果进行了分析研究。
Based on the construction of ecological civilization assessment of Shenzhen, this paper analyzed the requirements of building an ecological civilization assessment information system. Firstly, the feasibility of implementing of informatization on the ecological civilization assessment was discussed. Secondly, the organizational and technical structure of the informative assessment system were analyzed, a preliminary framework was formed. Finally, considering the whole process of ecological civilization assessment, the expected post effect was researched.
