摘要
随着"大数据"时代的到来,"智慧环保"建设必将成为环境保护工作中的重要部分,也将成为"智慧城市"建设的重要组成部分。本文从顶层设计、"大数据"的收集应用共享以及信息能力建设三个方面,对"智慧环保"建设中应特别注意的关键问题进行了阐述与分析。
With the approaching of the era of ＂Mass Data＂, the construction of ＂Intelligent Environmental Protection System＂ will become more and more important, and will also be a very important part of the construction of ＂Intelligent City＂ . In this paper, the key points that should pay much attention to in the construction of ＂Intelligent Environmental Protection System＂ will be discussed and analyzed in detail, such as the design of the top layer, the collection and application also with the sharing of ＂Mass Data＂, the improvement of informational ability.
