摘要
通过调研原油储罐底板材质、防腐涂层成分,分析储罐底板沉积水中主要腐蚀物质,测试储罐周围土壤电阻率,研究储罐底板主要腐蚀模式,发现储罐底板最佳防腐方式为防腐层加阴极保护。再对通用恒断电电位恒电位仪和智能同步恒断电电位恒电位仪的防腐效果进行对比分析,得出后者阴极保护效果优于前者的结论,可为储罐阴极保护恒电位仪的选用提供技术指导。
This paper determines the anti-corrosion coating plus cathodic protection as the best anti-corrosion method of the tank baseplate after investigating the materials of the baseplate and anti-corrosion coating components of the crude oil storage tank, the main corrosive substances in the sediment water of the tank baseplate, the soil resistivity around the tank, and the main damage modes of the tank baseplate. Then the anti-corrosion effects of the universal constant power-off potential potentiostat and the intelligent synchronous constant power-off potential potentiostat are compared and analyzed. It is concluded that the cathodic protection effect of the intelligent synchronous constant power-off potential potentiostat is better than that of the universal constant power-off potential potentiostat, which provides technical guidance for selecting the cathodic protection potentiostat of storage tanks.
