摘要
经过几千年发展的东西方科学,大多数学科已经统一并融合到现代科学的一元化体系中,其中医学是尚未实现统一的学科之一。尽管同为研究人类生命过程和维护健康、防病治病的医学,却存在传统医学和现代医学两个医学体系。故从东西方科技文化和医学交流与传播的历史视角,系统梳理了从中西医汇通、中西医之争到中西医结合的历史发展脉络和思想本源,认为中西医结合本质上是世界科技文化与医学的交流与传播在中国医学发展特定历史时期的社会需要。中西医学从共同的医学目的出发,构建了中国未来新医学发展的理论框架,并从揭示生理新现象、阐释发病新机制、建立治疗新策略等方面展现了其日益开阔的应用前景。中医西医融合发展,将构筑起人类生命健康共同体。
After developing for thousands of years,most disciplines of both Eastern and Western sciences except medicine have been united and integrated into the unified system of modern science.Although serving as science of study on human life,maintenance of health,and prevention and treatment of diseases,there exist two medical systems,namely traditional medicine and modern medicine.After sorting out systemically the historical development and ideological origin of Chinese and Western medicines from their convergence and dispute to integration under the historical perspectives on the exchange and communication of science,technology,culture and medicine between the East and the West,this article argues that the integration of Chinese and Western medicine is essentially driven by the social need in a certain historical period of Chinese medical development for the global interchange and spread of science,technology,culture and medicine.Based on the unified medical purpose,Chinese and Western medicines have continued to build a theoretical framework for the future development of new medicine in China,and have shown their application prospects in terms of rediscovering new physiological phenomena,reexplaining new mechanisms of pathogenesis,and reestablishing new strategies for treatment.The integrative development of Chinese and Western medicines will construct a community for human life and health.
