摘要
银屑病是一种常见的慢性炎症性疾病,发病机制目前尚未完全清楚,为探究银屑病的发病机制及新的治疗手段,建立合适的动物模型十分重要。目前银屑病动物模型大体分成5类,包括药物诱导模型、基因工程模型、细胞因子模型、异种移植模型及自发性突变模型。此外,近年来随着CRISPR/Cas9技术在生物技术领域的不断发展及深入,目前已应用于银屑病的临床前研究。本文就银屑病动物模型的进展进行综述。
Psoriasis is a common chronic inflammatory disease,the pathogenesis is not yet fully understood. In order to investigate the pathogenesis of psoriasis and explore new treatments,it is important to establish suitable animal models. Currently,there are five types of animal models for psoriasis,including direct drug-induced models,genetically engineered models,cytokineinjected models,xenograft models and spontaneous mutation models. In addition,with the continuous development and advancement of CRISPR/Cas9 technology in the field of biotechnology,it has been applied to pre-clinical studies of psoriasis in recent years. In this paper,we review the advances of animal models of psoriasis.
