摘要
构建新时代文明实践共同体是高校参与基层社会治理,提升志愿服务水平的积极尝试。志愿服务同质化、形式化、志愿者流失严重、志愿服务对象客体化等现实问题迫切需要我们从梳理有序的组织结构和培育共同的价值追求上来整合力量。
Building civilization practice communities in the new era is active attempt from colleges and universities to participate in grass-roots social governance and improve the voluntary service. However, there emerged many problems concerning it, such as homogenization and formalization of voluntary service, serious loss of volunteers, objectification of voluntary service objects etc., which urgently requires us to comb out an orderly organization for volunteers communities and seek more common ground in benefits so as to integrate our strength better.
