摘要
目的:分析复方聚乙二醇联合二甲硅油对结肠镜检查前肠道准备的影响。方法:选取在2020年1月-2021年12月于电子科技大学医学院附属绵阳医院·绵阳市中心医院内镜中心接受结肠镜检查患者100例,按数字奇偶法分为两组,对照组(50例)检查前服用复方聚乙二醇;观察组(50例)检查前服用与对照组相同的药物时另服二甲硅油;比较两组肠道准备清洁度、肠道准备接受度、肠道内气泡评分、镜检时间及生理盐水冲洗量,统计患者病变检出率及不良反应。结果:观察组肠道准备清洁优良率为96.00%,高于对照组的78.00%,病变检出率为94.00%,高于对照组的62.00%,进镜、退镜时间和生理盐水冲洗量优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组肠道内气泡评分、肠道准备接受度评分高于对照组,不良反应发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的30.00%(P<0.05)。结论:复方聚乙二醇联合二甲硅油可提高结肠镜检查患者肠道准备的清洁度、接受度及病变检出率,未增加患者肠道准备不良反应,临床应用意义高。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Compound Polyethylene Glycol combined with Simethicone on bowel preparation before colonoscopy.Method:A total of 100 patients who underwent colonoscopy in the Endoscopy Center of Mianyang Hospital Affiliated to School of Medicine,University of Electronic Science and Technology of China·Mianyang Central Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the digital odd-even method.The control group (50 cases) took Compound Polyethylene Glycol before the examination,the observation group (50 cases) took the same drug as the control group and also took Simethicone before the examination.The cleanliness of bowel preparation,acceptance of bowel preparation,intestinal air bubble score,microscopic examination time and saline flushing volume were compared between the two groups,and the disease detection rate and adverse reactions were counted.Result:The excellent and good rate of bowel preparation and cleaning in the observation group was 96.00%,higher than that in the control group (78.00%),the lesion detection rate was 94.00%,higher than that in the control group (62.00%),and the time of entering and exiting the mirror and the amount of saline flushing were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).The intestinal air bubble score and intestinal preparation acceptance score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 10.00% in the observation group,lower than 30.00% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Polyethylene Glycol combined with Simethicone can improve the cleanliness,acceptability and lesion detection rate of colonoscopy patients with bowel preparation,without increasing the adverse reactions of bowel preparation,with high clinical application significance.
