摘要
目的探究以人血丙种球蛋白冲击疗法治疗的小儿血小板减少性紫癜的护理对策。方法本研究抽取我院88例作为研究对象,将研究对象分为对照组以及观察组(各44例),对照组患者采取常规护理对策,观察组患者采取优质化护理对策,观察两组患者的护理满意度、治疗有效率、症状评分。结果护理后经过对比分析可得出观察组患者的治疗有效率以及护理满意度显著高于对照组的治疗有效率(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组症状评分是(5.23±1.34)分,对照组是(9.65±1.99)分,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采取优质化护理模式可以提高以人血丙种球蛋白冲击疗法治疗的小儿血小板减少性紫癜患者的护理效果,患者的症状改善得更佳,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the nursing strategies of thrombocytopenic purpura in children treated with human gamma globulin shock therapy.Methods Eighty-eight patients in our hospital were enrolled in this study.The subjects were divided into the control group and the observation group(44 cases each).The control group took routine nursing measures.The observation group took high-quality nursing measures and observed the two groups of patients.Nursing satisfaction,treatment effectiveness,and symptom scores.Results After nursing analysis,the therapeutic efficiency and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of the control group was(9.65±1.99).The observation group was(5.23±1.34)points,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting high-quality nursing mode can improve the nursing effect of patients with thrombocytopenic purpura treated with human gamma globulin shock therapy.The symptoms of patients are improved better and it is worthy of promotion and application.
