摘要
为解决传统高校人力资源信息管理系统存在的响应时间长问题,基于Web设计了高校人力资源信息管理系统。硬件部分设计MSC1200Y2PFBT数据采集器、AD2S90APZ微处理器及24CW640T-I可编程储存芯片;软件部分构建了高校人力资源信息管理架构,并基于系统功能完善了功能模块及数据库的设计。系统测试结果表明,设计系统的响应时间短,性能良好,有一定应用价值,可作为后续高校人力资源信息管理优化的参考。
In order to solve the problem of long response time in the traditional university human resources information management system,the university human resources information management system is designed based on Web. The hardware part designs MSC1200Y2PFBT data collector, AD2S90APZ microprocessor and 24CW640T-I programmable memory chip. The software part constructs the human resources information management framework of the university, and improves the design of functional modules and databases based on system functions. The system test results show that the designed system has short response time and good performance, and has certain application value, which can be used as a reference for the optimization of human resource information management in subsequent universities.
