摘要
目的:探讨CO_(2)点阵激光治疗阴道松弛症(vaginal relaxation syndrome,VRS)的临床效果。方法:回顾性选取2021年3-12月108例福建省妇幼保健院妇科接受CO_(2)点阵激光治疗的VRS患者。10例无法有效理解问卷内容或拒绝填写问卷,12例治疗后尚未恢复性生活,30例未完成完整1疗程(3次激光治疗),其中12、18例分别接受1、2次治疗后停止,故最后纳入56例。所有患者均给予CO_(2)点阵激光治疗。治疗前及治疗后1个月记录所有患者的主客观指标和激光治疗并发症。结果:治疗后1个月,56例患者阴道松弛问卷(vaginal laxity questionnaire,VLQ)评分高于治疗前(P<0.05),性唤起、阴道湿润度、性生活满意度和性交痛评分及总分均较治疗前提高(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月,56例患者阴道健康指数(vaginal health index,VHI)总分及阴道湿润度、分泌物类型及黏稠度、阴道黏膜上皮性状和阴道黏膜弹性评分均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05)。随访期间56例患者无阴道黏膜下血肿、阴道感染、阴道灼伤、阴道直肠瘘、阴道膀胱瘘并发症。3例患者治疗后出现轻度阴道灼热感,予保湿剂涂抹后症状缓解。结论:CO_(2)点阵激光治疗VRS效果确切,可有效降低阴道松弛程度,提升女性性生活质量,同时可有效改善阴道黏膜环境,可作为治疗VRS的常规方法之一进行推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of CO_(2) dot matrix laser in the treatment of vaginal relaxation syndrome(VRS).Method:From March to December 2021,108 VRS patients who received CO_(2) dot matrix laser treatment in Gynecology Department of Fujian Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were retrospectively selected,10 patients could not effectively understand the contents of the questionnaire or refused to fill in the questionnaire,12 patients did not recover their sexual life after treatment,30 patients did not complete a complete course of treatment(3 laser treatments),of which 12 patients and 18 patients stopped after receiving 1 and 2 treatments respectively,so 56 patients were finally included.All patients were treated with CO_(2) dot matrix laser.The subjective and objective indexes and laser treatment complications of all patients were recorded before and 1 month after treatment.Result:One month after treatment,the score of vaginal laxity questionnaire(VLQ)of 56 patients was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),the scores of sexual arousal,vaginal wetness degree,sexual life satisfaction and pain in sexual intercourse and the total score were improved than those before treatment(P<0.05).One month after treatment,the total score of vaginal health index(VHI),vaginal wetness,secretion type and viscosity,vaginal mucosal epithelial properties and vaginal mucosal elasticity scores in 56 patients were significantly improved than those before treatment(P<0.05).During the follow-up period,there were no complications such as vaginal submucosal hematoma,vaginal infection,vaginal burn,vaginal rectal fistula and vaginal bladder fistula in 56 patients.Three patients had mild vaginal burning sensation after treatment,and the symptoms were relieved after applying moisturizer.Conclusion:The CO_(2) dot matrix laser treatment for VRS has a definite effect,which can effectively reduce the degree of vaginal relaxation,improve the quality of women’s sexual life,and effectively improve the vaginal mucosal env
