摘要
目的讨论新型的Er:YAG激光与生物反馈在产后修复阴道松弛的疗效对比。方法临床观察60例阴道松弛症随机分为两组分别接受2940nm波长的Er:YAG激光或生物反馈治疗2个月,治疗组和对照组各30例,试验时间从2016年4月~2017年3月,以盆底评估测试客观地评估阴道组织治疗后达标情况和LVT问卷评估术后治疗后疗效对比。结果两组试验治疗结果如下:治疗组30例达标30例,对照组30例达标21例,9例未达标,其中咳嗽漏尿的1例转激光治疗治愈。LVT结果显示,激光治疗组95%的试验对象认为有中度-强度的改善,而85%的性伴侣认为在性交时,对方阴道的紧致度提高为中度-强度,而95%的患者表示治疗后性交更满意,并超过了治疗前的预期。生物反馈治疗组70%的试验对象认为有中度-强度的改善,而70%的性伴侣认为在性交时,对方阴道的紧致度提高为中度-强度,而73.33%的患者表示治疗后性交更满意,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型的Er:YAG激光在治疗产后阴道松弛症均有效,但激光产后修复优于生物反馈治疗,值得推广。
Objective To discuss the curative effect of a new type of Er： YAG laser in treatment of vagina relaxation disease. Methods 60 cases of vaginal relaxation were randomly divided into two groups, respectively, and they were treated with 2940 nm wavelength of Er： YAG laser and biological feedback treatment, respectively, for two months, they were treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The test time was from April 2016 to March 2017. The pelvic floor evaluation test objectively evaluated the achievement of the vaginal tissue after treatment and the LVT questionnaire to assess the efficacy of the postoperative treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The test results of the two groups were as follows： there were 30 people standard among the 30 cases of treatment group, and there were 21 people standard, 9 people not up to standard, including cough leakage of laser treatment to cure in 1 case in the 30. cases of control group. LVT showed that 95% of the subjects in the laser treatment group had a moderate intensity improvement, and 85% of sexual partners believe that in intercourse, the other side of the vagina to improve the degree of tightness to moderate intensity LVT, and 95% of patients said they were more satisfied with intercourse after treatment and exceeded expectations before treatment. In the biofeedback treatment group, 70% of the subjects considered moderate intensity improvement, and 70% of sexual partners believe that in intercourse, the other side of the vagina to improve the degree of tightness to moderate intensity, and 73.33% of patients expressed more satisfaction after treatment.The difference between the two groups was a significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The new type of Er： YAG laser in the treatment of postpartum vaginal relaxation disease is effective, but the laser postpartum repair is superior to the biological feedback therapy. It is worth promoting.
