摘要
目的了解女性盆底功能障碍性疾病发病情况,积极防治,提高妇女生活质量。方法对已婚已育954例女性进行盆底功能筛查。结果筛出盆底功能障碍性疾病477例,患病率为50.00%。盆底功能障碍性疾病病种患病率从高到低依次为阴道松弛、尿失禁、子宫脱垂、阴道壁膨出、性功能障碍、尿频、肌力下降、盆腔疼痛、耻骨联合分离及尿潴留。结论女性盆底功能障碍性疾病发病率高,与年龄成正比。患者主动就诊率低,产后需加强科普知识宣传教育,重视盆底功能筛查,做到早筛查、早诊断、早防治,以提高妇女的健康水平。
Objective to understand our hospital during the first half of 2012 954 cases of women with pelvic floor function screening.Methods married already Yo 954 female pelvic floor function screening.Results 954 person-time of pelvic floor functional screening,screening for pelvic floor dysfunction disease prevalence rate of 477, prevalence rate of 50%.Pelvic floor dysfunction prevalence rate from high to low as vaginal relaxation,Vaginal wall prolapse,Sexual dysfunction,Frequent micturition,Decreased muscle strength,Pelvic pain,Pubic symphysis separation and retention of urine.Conclusion Females may easily get pelvic floor dysfunction disease and especially for older females.Furthermore,patients usually do not proactively get treatments,so the popular science education,pelvic floor function screenings and early disease prevention measures for females are very necessary after childbirth.
