摘要
随着建筑生产精益化、管理精细化、产品品质化的发展,迫切需要将信息化技术运用于建筑工程项目管理。文章从BIM技术的角度出发就建筑工程项目进度管理展开分析,探讨了BIM技术在建筑工程项目进度管理中的应用优势与思路,最后围绕具体案例分析了基于BIM技术的建筑工程项目进度管理措施,以供参考。
With the development of lean construction production, refined management and product quality, it is urgent to apply information technology to construction project management. This paper analyzes the progress management of construction projects from the perspective of BIM technology, discusses the application advantages and ideas of BIM technology in the progress management of construction projects, and finally analyzes the progress management measures of construction projects based on BIM technology around specific cases for reference.
