无纸化办公环境下电子档案信息安全管理难题与对策 被引量:2

摘要 传统的档案管理工作需耗费大量的人力、物力、财力和空间,而且纸质记录档案查询工作的效率也非常低。随着信息时代的来临,促使实现无纸化办公,不仅为当前的档案管理工作带来诸多便利,还大幅度提升工作效率。但系统安全问题也随之出现。本文通过近年来无纸化办公的发展优势分析,得知传统纸质档案管理工作与当前电子档案管理工作存在的差异,并对无纸化办公系统进行设计构建,实现无纸化信息流转、查询、保存等功能,最大程度地降低纸质材料的堆积,实现档案信息的长期电子化保存。 The traditional archives management needs to consume a lot of manpower,material resources,financial resources and space,and the efficiency of paper record archives query is also very low.With the advent of the information age,we have realized paperless office,which not only brings many conveniences to the current archives management,but also improves greatly the work efficiency.However,the system security problems also appear.Through the analysis on the development advantages of paperless office in recent years,this paper knows the differences between the traditional paper archives management and the current electronic archives management,designs and constructs the paperless office system,realizes the functions of paperless information circulation,query and preservation,reduces the accumulation of paper materials to the greatest extent,and realizes the long-term electronic preservation of archives information.
