摘要
目的探析适应于当前新医改形势下的病案管理工作需求,力求实现无纸化病案归档管理系统的建设。方法对当前医院无纸化病案资料归档管理系统存在的问题进行分析,并据此提出对于合理化建议。结果医院建设需紧跟现代化的发展步伐,在当前竞争越来越激烈的环境下,医院要保持自身的核心竞争力,传统的病案管理模式存在效率低、成本高、共享困难以及利用程度不足等缺陷,病案资料归档管理突破到无纸化系统是医院保持可持续发展甚至是生存的重要基础,对于当前如何建设医院无纸化病案资料归档管理系统以及逐步实现,是大部分医院的重点研究课题,同时也是当前医院档案管理信息化建设到一定程度的必然产物和选择。结论建设并全力实现医院无纸化病案资料归档管理系统能够对人力、物力、财力等多个方面产生积极影响,提高医院整体档案管理的水平和效率,对提升医院核心竞争力有良好效果,值得推广。
Objective To explore the requirements of medical record management under the new medical reform situation and to realize the construction of paperless medical record filing management system.Methods Analyze the problems existing in the filing and management system of paperless medical records in hospitals at present,and put forward some reasonable suggestions.Results Hospital construction needs to keep pace with the development of modernization.In the current environment of more and more fierce competition,the hospital should maintain its own core competitiveness.The traditional medical record management mode has low efficiency and high cost,and the traditional medical record management mode has the advantages of low efficiency and high cost.The difficulty of sharing and the lack of utilization,the breakthrough of medical record filing management to paperless system is an important basis for the sustainable development and even the survival of hospitals.At present,how to construct the hospital paperless medical records filing management system and its gradual realization is the key research topic of most hospitals,and it is also the inevitable product and choice of the current hospital archives management information construction to a certain extent.Conclusion The construction and full implementation of the hospital paperless medical records archive management system can have a positive impact on manpower,material resources,financial resources and other aspects,and improve the level and efficiency of the overall hospital archives management.To promote the core competitiveness of the hospital has a good effect,it is worth popularizing.
