摘要
目的 探讨产后访视护理干预对产褥期妇女健康信念及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2019年1月至2020年12月收治的210例产褥期妇女为研究对象,根据护理方法的不同将其分为对照组和研究组,每组105例。对照组开展常规护理干预,研究组在常规护理干预基础上开展产后访视护理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果 随访6周后,研究组的世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)各维度评分、Champion健康信念量表(CHBMS)评分高于对照组,生活事件量表(LES)各维度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 产后访视护理干预应用于产褥期妇女中的效果显著,可改善其健康信念、生活质量,提高护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effects of postpartum visit nursing intervention on health belief and quality of life of puerperal women.Methods A total of 210 puerperal women admitted from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,the women were divided into control group and study group,with 105 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing intervention,and the study group carried out postpartum visit nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 6 weeks of follow-up,the scores of each dimensions of the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF) and the Champion Health Belief Model Scale(CHBMS) in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of each dimensions of Life Event Scale(LES) were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The postpartum visit nursing stem applied in puerperal women has a significant effect,it can ameliorate health belief and quality of life,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
