摘要
试验旨在研究槲皮素对奶牛免疫功能、生产性能的影响。选取18头处于泌乳中期、泌乳量相近、体重相近、胎次相同健康荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头牛。对照组不添加槲皮素,高剂量槲皮素组为基础日粮+200 mg/kg槲皮素,低槲剂量槲皮素组为基础日粮+100 mg/kg槲皮素。试验期60 d。结果显示:低剂量槲皮素组奶牛血清的免疫球蛋白A (IgA)含量高于对照组,血清可溶性CD8抗原(sCD8)含量高于对照组。试验第60 d,高剂量槲皮素组牛奶中的总固形物含量最高,奶牛的粗脂肪和酸性洗涤纤维消化率明显高于对照组。低剂量槲皮素组奶牛的肠绒毛长度高于其他两组。研究表明,奶牛日粮中添加槲皮素对奶牛免疫功能具有积极影响。
The experiment was to study the effect of quercetin on immune function and production performance of dairy cows. A total of 18 healthy Holstein dairy cows with similar milk yield, body weight and parity in mid-lactation were randomly divided into three groups, with six replicates in each group and one cow in each replicate. The control group did not add quercetin, the high-dose quercetin group was basal diet + 200 mg/kg quercetin, and the low-dose quercetin group was basal diet + 100 mg/kg quercetin. The experiment lasted for 60 d. The results showed that the serum IgA content in low-dose quercetin group was higher than that in control group, and the serum sCD8 content in low-dose quercetin group was higher than that in control group. On 60 d of experiment, high-dose quercetin group had the highest effect on total solids content in milk. The digestibility of crude fat and acid detergent fiber in high-dose quercetin group was significantly higher than that in control group. The length of intestinal villi in low-dose quercetin group was higher than that in other two groups. The experiment indicates that quercetin supplementation has positive effects on immune function of dairy cows.
