摘要
近年来,我国已将330余万个固定污染源纳入排污许可管理,实现了排污许可环境监管“全覆盖”,因此,需要进一步深化完善以排污许可制为核心的固定污染源综合监管制度体系,完善排污许可信息共享平台,严格排污许可证后监管。
In recent years,more than 3.3 million fixed pollution sources have been brought into the management of pollutant discharge permit in China,thus realizing the“full coverage”of environmental supervision of pollutant discharge permit.It is necessary to further deepen the reform and improve the comprehensive supervision system of fixed pollution sources with the pollutant discharge permit system as the core,improve the information sharing platform of pollutant discharge permit,and strictly supervise after pollutant discharge permit.
