摘要
民族文化素养教育以培养学生民族文化传承意识、民族传统文化知识与民族传统工艺技能为核心内容。在传统传承模式逐渐失效背景下,民族地区高校推行民族文化素养教育是有效传承民族传统文化的重要举措。研究发现,教师、学生、课程、校园、社会是影响民族文化素养教育的关键性因素,培养学生民族文化传承意识、提高教师民族文化传授能力、丰富民族文化传承课程体系、营造校园民族文化环境氛围、利用社会力量共筑培养体系是落实民族文化素养教育的有效举措。
National cultural competencies education is an educational concept with the core content of cultivating students' awareness of national cultural inheritance, national traditional cultural knowledge and national traditional craft skills. Under the background of the gradual failure of the traditional inheritance model, the implementation of national cultural competencies education in Colleges in ethnic areas is an important measure to effectively inherit national traditional culture.In the process of promoting national cultural competencies education in Colleges in ethnic minority areas, students, teachers, courses, campus and society are the key influencing factors. To cultivate students' awareness of national cultural inheritance, improve teachers' ability to impart national culture, enrich the curriculum system of national cultural inheritance, create an atmosphere of campus national cultural environment and use social forces to build a training system are effective to implement national cultural literacy education.
