摘要
在全面发展全域旅游的社会背景之下,原有的旅游"管理型"人才培养模式已经不能满足全域旅游分散供给的需要。基于此,创造性提出旅游"经营型"人才培养模式,并以"经营+"的理念,从教学模式、课程体系、师资队伍、实践环节、就业去向等层面加以支撑,通过培养具备旅游行业创新创业能力的旅游经营型人才,为我国全域旅游发展提供人力资源支持。
Under the social background of comprehensive construction of all-for-one tourism in our country, the original ＂management type＂ talent training mode cannot meet the needs of the global tourism decentralized supply. Therefore, this paper creatively puts forward the ＂operation type＂ training mode of talents, and uses the idea of ＂operation ＋ ＂, supporting them from the aspects of teaching mode, curriculum system, teacher team, practice link and employment destination. Through training the tourism operation talents with the poten- tial of innovation and entrepreneurship in the tourism industry, we can provide human resources support for the development of China＇s comprehensive tourism industry.
