摘要
目的:探讨情绪释放疗法联合耳穴贴压对混合痔术后患者疼痛、焦虑状态的影响。方法:将99例混合痔术后患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理,33例)、耳穴组(在常规护理基础上增加耳穴贴压干预,33例)和联合组(在常规护理和耳穴贴压基础上增加情绪释放疗法干预,33例)。观察三组干预后不同时间点的疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)、状态焦虑量表(S-AI)的变化,并于干预结束后评估患者对护理的满意度。结果:联合组患者干预后48 h、72 h、7 d的VAS评分较耳穴组、对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组患者干预后72 h的S-AI评分较耳穴组、对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预结束后,联合组、耳穴组满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:情绪释放疗法联合耳穴贴压能够有效降低混合痔术后患者疼痛程度,改善焦虑情绪,提高其护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of emotional freedom technique combined with auricular point sticking on pain and anxiety in patients with mixed hemorrhoids after operation.Methods 99 patients with mixed hemorrhoids after operation were divided into control group(routine nursing,33 cases),auricular acupoint group(adding auricular point sticking on the basis of routine nursing,33 cases)and combined group(adding emotional freedom technique on the basis of routine nursing and auricular point sticking intervention,33 cases)by digital random table method.The changes of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and State Anxiety Inventory(SAI)were observed at different time points after intervention,and the nursing satisfaction of patients was evaluated after intervention.Results The VAS scores of 48h,72h and 7d after intervention in the combined group were significantly lower than those of the auricular acupoint group and the control group(P<0.05).The S-AI score of 72h after intervention in the combined group was significantly lower than that of the auricular acupoint group and control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the satisfaction scores of the combined group and auricular acupoint group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Emotional freedom technique combined with auricular point sticking can effectively reduce the pain degree,improve anxiety and improve nursing satisfaction of patients with mixed hemorrhoids after operation.
