摘要
目的 分析耳穴压豆结合穴位贴敷对面瘫患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法 60例面瘫伴焦虑情绪的患者,随机分组为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组患者给予常规干预,试验组患者在对照组基础上采取穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆干预。比较两组患者特质焦虑分量表(T-AI)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及治疗效果。结果 治疗前,两组患者T-AI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,试验组患者T-AI评分(33.37±0.92)分低于对照组的(42.42±0.91)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,试验组患者SAS评分(22.17±1.13)分低于对照组的(41.73±3.37)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者临床总有效率90.00%高于对照组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采取穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆可显著缓解面瘫患者的焦虑情绪,减轻焦虑症状,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of auricular points plaster therapy combined with acupoint application on anxiety of patients with facial paralysis.Methods A total of 60 patients with facial paralysis and anxiety were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine intervention,and the experimental group was treated with acupoint application and auricular points plaster therapy on the basis of the control group.The scores of trait anxiety inventory(T-AI),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in T-AI score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,T-AI score of(33.37±0.92)points in the experimental group was lower than that of(42.42±0.91)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in SAS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,SAS score of(22.17±1.13)points in the experimental group was lower than that of(41.73±3.37)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical total effective rate of 90.00%in the experimental group was higher than that of 50.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupoint application and auricular points plaster therapy can significantly relieve the anxiety of patients with facial paralysis and reduce anxiety symptoms,which is worth popularizing.
