摘要
为了研究肛肠病术后镇痛效果及术后并发症的影响，运用超前镇痛与平衡镇痛新概念，对肛肠病术后患者71例采用中药超前平衡镇痛法达到了理想的止痛效果，与对照组71例对比观察，疗效相当，并能减轻并发症。
The objective of the study was to investigate the preemptive balance analgesic efficacy with traditional Chinese medicine after anorectal operations and its effect on complications. The concept of preemptive balance analgesia was adopted,and 71 cases received the analgesic treatmend under the guidance of the concept. The analgesic results were satisfactory and the analgesic efficacy was as the same as that of the control group （71 cases）. What is more,the complications were less in the experimental group.
