摘要
BIM+装配式技术可被应用于建筑设计、构件生产、施工管理、运营维护等建筑项目的各个阶段,在建筑全生命周期中发挥着重要作用。在大型综合建筑、大型公共建筑、高层住宅建筑、超高层建筑等各类建筑中,BIM+装配式技术均有突出表现,尤其在解决异形结构、前移生产环节、缩减工期、节约建造及管理费用等方面优势突出,对推动我国建筑领域智能化、精细化以及集约化发展具有重要意义。
BIM+ prefabricated technology can be applied to various stages of construction projects such as architectural design, component production, construction management, operation and maintenance, and plays an important role in the entire life cycle of buildings. In large-scale comprehensive buildings, large-scale public buildings, high-rise residential buildings, super-high-rise buildings and other types of buildings, BIM+prefabricated technology has outstanding performance, especially in solving special-shaped structures, moving production links forward, reducing construction period, and saving construction and management costs. It has outstanding advantages in other aspects, which is of great significance to promote the intelligent, refined and intensive development in our country’s construction field.
