摘要
建筑行业的发展下产生了很多新技术,装配式技术为其中的代表,此项技术的优势明显,在许多工程项目中都应用了装配式技术,凸显了该项技术在技术、经济、环保等方面的优越性。虽装配式施工的工艺特殊,但各建筑项目中应用该技术时,相关人员需加强技术流程管控,减少施工作业中的技术、质量、安全等问题。基于此,本文从建筑工程中装配式技术的特点着手,分析了建筑项目中装配式技术的有关要点,提出了施工管理措施,对推广装配式技术具有指导与借鉴意义。
With the development of the construction industry,many new technologies have emerged,among which prefabricated technology is a representative.The advantages of this technology are obvious,and it has been applied in many engineering projects,highlighting its advantages in technology,economy,environmental protection,and other aspects.Although the process of prefabricated construction is unique,relevant personnel need to strengthen technical process control when applying this technology in various construction projects,so as to reduce technical,quality,safety and other issues in construction operations.Based on this condition,this paper starts with the characteristics of prefabricated technology in construction engineering,analyzes the relevant key points of prefabricated technology in construction projects,proposes construction management measures,and has guiding and reference significance for promoting prefabricated technology.
