摘要
目的:整理归纳临床文献中锋勾针疗法的适应证,明确优势病种。方法:检索中国知网、维普及万方数据库(1990年1月-2020年12月)中所有关于锋勾针治疗疾病的临床文献,将纳入文献进行分析,总结锋勾针在不同疾病治疗中的应用频次、治愈率及有效率,分析锋勾针临床优势病种。结果:符合纳入标准的临床文献有80篇,涵盖6个科34种临床应用案例,使用锋勾针治疗运动系统疾病的文献的数量居第一位,占61.25%(49/80),以锋勾针治疗为主的病种的治疗有效率≥80%,其优势病种主要集中在骨科。结论:以锋勾针为主的治疗在骨科疾病治疗中显现出独特优势。
Objective:To arrange and summarize the indications of sharp-hooked needle therapy in clinical literature,so as to clarify the dominant diseases.Methods:All the clinical studies on treating diseases with sharp-hooked needle from January 1990 to December 2020 were retrieved in databases such as CNKI,VIP and WANFANG database.The included literature was analyzed to summarize the application frequency,cured rate and effective rate of sharp-hooked needle on different diseases,and analyze the clinically dominant diseases of sharp-hooked needle.Results:There were 80 clinical studies that met the inclusion criteria,covering 34 clinical application cases in 6 departments.The number of studies on sharp-hooked needle in the treatment of motor system diseases ranks first,accounting for 61.25%(49/80).The effective rate of clinical dominant diseases mainly treated with sharp-hooked needle is more than 80%,and the dominant diseases are mainly concentrated in orthopedics.Conclusion:The treatment method based on sharp-hooked needle therapy shows unique advantages in the treatment of orthopedic disease.
