体外冲击波治疗仪治疗跟腱痛的临床观察

摘要 目的:观察体外冲击波治疗仪治疗跟腱痛的临床疗效。方法:纳入2021年5月~2023年10月本院收治的80例跟腱痛患者,遵循随机数表法分组,对照组(纳入40例)、观察组(纳入40例),对照组采用常规治疗方案,观察组增加体外冲击波治疗仪治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:治疗前,SF-MBQ两组相比表示无差异,P>0.05;治疗2、4周后,观察组SF-MBQ评分下降明显,P<0.05;治疗前,筋膜厚度两组相比无差异,P>0.05;治疗2、4周后,观察组筋膜厚度相对较低,P<0.05;治疗前,组间评价两组AOFAS-AHS无差异,P>0.05;治疗2周与4周后,观察组AOFAS-AHS评分高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗后,组间评价两组治疗总有效率,观察组95.0%高于对照组的80.0%,P<0.05。结论:在跟腱痛患者的治疗中,采用体外冲击波治疗仪可以辅助减轻患者的疼痛感,提升治疗效果显著。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of extracorporeal shockwave therapy in the treatment of achilles tendon pain.Methods:A total of 80 patients with achilles tendon pain admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to October 2023 were divided into two groups according to random number table method:control group(40 cases included)and observation group(40 cases included).The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave therapy apparatus.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,SF-MBQ shows no difference between the two groups,P>0.05;After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the SF-MBQ score in the observation group decreased significantly(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no difference in fascia thickness between the two groups,P>0.05;After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the fascia thickness of observation group was relatively lower(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no difference in AOFAS-AHS evaluation between the two groups,P>0.05;After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,AOFAS-AHS scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05;After treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was evaluated between the two groups,and the observation group was 95.0%higher than the control group 80.0%,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with achilles tendon pain,the use of extracorporeal shockwave therapy can help reduce the pain of patients,improve the therapeutic effect is significant.
