摘要
目的:运用数据挖掘技术探讨针灸治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)的选穴规律。方法:计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方学术期刊全文数据库(WanFang Data)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、PubMed、web of science等数据库中针灸治疗IBS的临床文献,筛选文献并提取腧穴处方,运用软件分析取穴规律。结果:描述性分析提示,针灸治疗IBS最常选取的经脉分别是足阳明胃经、足太阳膀胱经和任脉;主要选取募穴、下合穴、五输穴等特定穴,腧穴部位分布以四肢和胸腹为主。关联规则分析得出针灸治疗肠易激综合征的核心穴对为“天枢-足三里”,核心腧穴处方为“天枢、足三里、上巨虚”。结论:通过数据挖掘技术,探索针灸治疗肠易激综合征的取穴规律,为临床针灸治疗肠易激综合征提供科学依据。
Objective:Data mining technique was used to explore the acupoint selection rule of acupuncture in treatment of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).Methods:Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),WanFang Data,VIP,PubMed,Web of Science Clinical literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of IBS were screened from the database,and acupoint prescriptions were extracted.Acupoint selection rules were analyzed by software.Results:Descriptive analysis indicated that the meridians most commonly selected for the treatment of IBS by acupuncture were foot Yangming stomach meridian,foot sun bladder meridian and Ren meridian.Specific acupoints such as Mu Acupoints,Xia-He Acupoints and Wu-shu acupoints were mainly selected.The distribution of acupoints was mainly in the limbs,chest and abdomen.Association rule analysis shows that the core acupoint pair of acupuncture in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome is Tianshu and Zusanli,and the core acupoint prescription is Tianshu,Zusanli and Shangjuxu.Conclusion:Through the data mining technology,the law of acupoint selection of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome was explored,providing scientific basis for clinical acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.
