摘要
福建省“二元制”人才培养模式是一种企业参与型的终身教育培养模式。企业参与“二元制”改革项目的动因是增加人才储备、降低人才培养成本、赢得社会效益。但是,企业参与“二元制”改革项目也存在一定的困境,包含工学矛盾、企业导师教学能力不足、政府激励机制不完善、学生的利益诉求得不到满足等。文章从政府层面、学校层面、企业层面探索构建企业参与终身教育的发展模式。
Fujian Provincial“dual-system”talent training model is a kind of enterprise participation-oriented lifelong education training model.The motivation for enterprises to participate in the“dual-system”reform projects is to prode talent reserve,reduce the cost of talent training,and win social benefits.However,there are some difficulties for enterprises to participate in the“dual-system”reform projects,such as the contradiction between work and study,the insufficient teaching ability of corporate mentors,the imperfect government incentive mechanism,and the unsatisfied interest demand of students,etc.This article explores and constructs the devel⁃opment model of enterprise participation in lifelong education from the government level,the college level,the enterprise level.
