摘要
探讨纺织车间吸风沟道的优化设计方法。针对纺织车间吸风沟道吸风不匀,细纱机车尾排风向车间外溢,造成车间温湿度差异大的问题,根据吸风沟道内气流压力的基本理论和方法进行计算和分析。提出吸风口支管接入角度采用60°,控制吸风支沟道最末端断面风速的优化措施。通过计算结果和工程实例验证,采用优化改进措施后,可使地沟首尾端断面静压差别率由36%降低为17%,车间吸风口风量最大不匀率由19.5%降低为6.9%,有效解决了纺织车间吸风沟道吸风不均匀的问题。
Optimization design method of suction channel in textile workshop was discussed.Aimed at problems of uneven air suction in suction channel of the textile workshop and overflow of the tail exhaust to workshop for the spinning frame resulting in large differences of temperature and humidity in the workshop,calculation and analysis were carried out according to the basic theory and method of air flow pressure in suction channel.Optimization measures of adopting 60°insert angle for branch pipe of exhaust inlet and controlling wind speed at the end section of the air intake branch ditch were put forward.Through calculation results and engineering example verification,after optimization and improvement,static pressure difference at the head and tail sections of the channel could be reduced from 36%to 17%.Maximum unevenness of the air volume at the air intake of the workshop could be reduced from 19.5%to 6.9%.Unevenness problem of suction in suction channel of textile workshop was efficiently solved.
