摘要 探讨负压式紧密纺车间空调设计运行管理。针对负压式紧密纺纱机的生产特点,分析环境因素对紧密纺产品质量的影响,从车间气流组织形式、车间温湿度控制范围、车间排风处理的控制方法、空气处理过程等方面分析空调系统设计运转方法,认为:紧密纺细纱车间工艺排风温度比传统环锭纺车间的高2℃~3℃,细纱机车尾工艺排风一般可达到每锭6 m3/h~8 m3/h。为保证紧密纺产品质量,车间温度应在26℃~31℃,相对湿度54%~58%,车间空气含尘浓度≤3 mg/m3。 Negative pressure compact spinning workshop air conditioning design operation management was discussed. According to the properties of negative pressure compact spinning frame ,effect of environment factors on compact spinning product was analyzed, air conditioning system design operation methods were analyzed from aspects of workshop airflow style,temperature & humidity control field,workshop exhaust control method and air dealing process et al. It is considered that processing exhaust air temperature in compact spinning workshop is higher 2 ℃ to 3 ℃ comparing with the air temperature in traditional ring spinning workshop. Processing exhaust of spinning frame tail could reach 6 m^3/h per spindle to 8 m^3/h per spindle generally. To ensure compact product quality,workshop temperature should be in 26 ℃ to 31 ℃ ,relative humidity should be in 54% to 58% ,dust concentration in workshop should not larger than 3 mg/ m^3.
