通风系统合流三通导流构件的优化与降阻特性 被引量:1

摘要 为降低通风系统中合流三通管段的阻力,选取焊接车间通风除尘系统中一合流三通管段,设计四种不同形状的汇流区域导流构件,在Fluent平台上,计算合流三通管段及导流构件流场,利用加权平均得到导流构件结构与阻力损失的关系。结果表明:设置导流构件后降阻效果明显,合流三通管段主支管阻力损失增大,侧支管阻力损失下降,总阻力损失均比优化前减小,最大降低63.91%;相比直导流构件,弧形导流构件减阻效果更好,流态更稳定,随着圆弧半径的减小,三通管段总阻力损失也减小。该研究为降低通风系统合流三通局部阻力提供一定的理论指导。 This paper is an attempt to reduce the resistance of the confluence three-way section in the ventilation system. The study process consists of selecting a confluence three-way section in the ventilation and dust removal system of the welding workshop,designing four different shape guide components that are installed in the confluence area;performing the numerical calculation of the flow field of the confluence three-way section and the guide components on the Fluent platform;and thereby identifying the relationship between structure and resistance loss of guide components by ways of weighted average. The results show that setting the diversion component could provide an obvious drag reduction effect,resulting in an increase in the resistance loss of main branch pipe of three-way pipe section,a decrease in the resistance loss of side branch pipe,and a lower total resistance loss than before optimization,with a maximum reduction of 63. 91%;compared with straight guide components,arc guide member boasts a better drag reduction effect,and a more stable flow state,together with a decrease in total resistance loss of three-way section depending on the decrease of arc radius. The study could provide some theoretical references for reducing local resistance of ventilation system confluence three-way section.
