潘集选煤厂提高精煤产率的研究

摘要 潘集选煤厂为提高精煤产率,对生产过程中悬浮液密度对三产品重介旋流器分选效果、浮选药剂量和入料浓度等进行了探索。现场试验结果表明:三产品重介旋流器悬浮液的密度可以进一步优化,洗选低灰原煤时,密度控制在1.37~1.39 kg/L,洗选高灰原煤时,密度控制在1.39~1.41 kg/L,精煤产率较高。利用正交试验方法确定浮选最优条件:矿浆浓度90 g/L、捕收剂用量为1600 mL/min、起泡剂用量为800 mL/min,其中矿浆浓度对高灰煤浮选可燃体回收率影响最大,捕收剂用量对低灰煤浮选可燃体回收率影响最大。 Aiming at how the Panji Coal Preparation Plant can increase the yield of clean coal,this article explores the main washing process in the production process,and explores the influence of the density of the dense medium suspension on the main washing parameters and the flotation parameters on the coal separation effect.Field test results show that the density of the suspension in the three-product heavy medium cyclone can be further optimized.When low-ash raw coal is washed,the density is controlled at 1.37~1.39 kg/L,and when high-ash raw coal is washed,the density is controlled at 1.39~1.41 kg/L,the yield of clean coal is higher.The orthogonal test method is used to find the optimal conditions for flotation:the concentration of slurry is 90 g/L,the amount of collector is 1600mL/min,and the amount of foaming agent is 800mL/min.Among them,the concentration of slurry affects the recovery rate of combustibles from high-ash coal flotation.The largest,the amount of collector has the greatest impact on the recovery rate of low-ash coal flotation combustible gas.
