安居煤矿选煤厂无压三产品重介旋流器改造实践

摘要 介绍了安居煤矿选煤厂无压给料三产品重介质旋流器存在的问题。通过跟踪生产及煤质分析后,对无压三产品重介质旋流器的结构参数进行了优化改进。改造实践表明,无压三产品重介质旋流器分选精度得到了显著提高,解决了“中损”问题,提高了选煤厂综合经济效益。 This paper introduces the problems the non-pressure feed three product heavy medium cyclone had in Anju coal washing plant.After tracking the production and the coal quality analysis,the transformation practice shows that the sorting accuracy of the heavy medium cyclone has been significantly improved,which solves the problem of“medium loss”and improves the comprehensive economic benefit of the site.
