选煤厂重介质旋流器的优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 重介质旋流器作为煤炭精选的关键设备,其工作时的稳定性和可靠性直接关系到煤炭精选时的效率和经济性,传统的重介质旋流器在应用过程中存在着分选产品单一、分选压力低、中煤带精的难题,极大地影响了选煤厂对精煤的分选效率和分选精度.基于此,提出了一种新的重介质旋流器结构优化方案,使分选出的中煤产品能够直接进入到旋流器的下一段进行再分选,能够实现对中煤和精煤分选精度的灵活控制,有效解决中煤带精的难题,降低精煤损失,提升选煤厂的分选效率和经济性. As the key equipment of coal selection,the stability and reliability of heavy medium cyclone are directly related to the efficiency and economy of coal selection.In the process of application,the traditional heavy medium cyclone has the problems of single product,low separation pressure and fine coal belt,which greatly affects the separation efficiency and precision of coal preparation plant.Based on this,a new structure optimization scheme of heavy-medium cyclone is proposed,which enables the selected coal products to be re-sorted directly into the next section of the hydrocyclone,which can realize the flexible control of the separation accuracy of coal and clean coal,and effectively solve the problem of fine coal belt.
