校校合作视野下音乐师范生教学能力培养策略 被引量:2

摘要 教学能力作为师范生的核心能力,是师范生发展的重要组成部分。音乐师范生教学能力的培养是落实教育方针、实现立德树人目标和发展中小学音乐教育发展的重要任务。高校师范专业认证工作的推动和校校合作协同育人理念的不断深入,对师范生教学能力提出了更高的要求。当前音乐师范生教学能力培养存在较多问题,加强高校与中小学音乐教育有效对接、理论与实践有效衔接、评价与管理有效融合可以促进音乐师范生教学能力的发展。 As the core ability of normal students,teaching ability is an important part in normal students’development.The cultivation of teaching ability for music normal students is an important task to implement the educational policy,to realize the morality goal and to develop music education in primary and middle schools.The promotion of professional certification for Normal University students and the deepening of the idea of school-school cooperation have put forward higher requirements for the teaching ability of normal students.At present,there are many problems in the cultivation of teaching ability for normal music students.Strengthening the effective link of music education between colleges and primary and secondary schools,the effective connection between theory and practice,and the effective integration of evaluation and management can promote the development of teaching ability of normal music students.
