摘要
目的:探讨巧克力囊肿(OCC)患者腹腔镜切除术后联合服用米非司酮和达英-35对其激素水平及远期预后的影响。方法:选取2019年3月—2021年3月我院就诊的64例行腹腔镜切除术的OCC患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其均分为对照组和研究组,每组32例。对照组术后采用米非司酮治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合达英-35治疗,比较两组治疗前后性激素水平(FSH、E2、LH)、不良反应发生情况及复发情况。结果:研究组FSH、LH和E2水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后6个月和治疗后6个月~1年复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但研究组总复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:OCC腹腔镜切除术联合服用米非司酮和达英-35可有效改善患者性激素水平,减少术后1年复发率,同时安全性较高。
Objective:To investigate the effect of mifepristone combined with Diane-35 on hormone levels and long-term prognosis in patients with chocolate cyst(OCC)after laparoscopic resection.Methods:A total of 64 patients with OCC who underwent laparoscopic resection in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone after operation,and the study group was treated with Diane-35 on the basis of the control group.The levels of sex hormones(FSH,E2,LH),adverse reactions and recurrence were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:FSH,LH and E2 levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups 6 months after treatment and 6 months to 1 year after treatment(P>0.05).But the total recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:OCC laparoscopic resection combined with mifepristone and Darin-35 can effectively improve sex hormone levels and reduce recurrence rate at 1 year after surgery,while with high safety profile.
