摘要
目的:观察曲普瑞林术后用药在接受腹腔镜卵巢巧克力囊肿(OEC)剥除术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年5月至2021年9月郑州超仁妇产医院收治的92例OEC患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各46例。两组均行腹腔镜OEC剥除术治疗,术后对照组采用米非司酮治疗,观察组采用曲普瑞林治疗。两组均治疗3个月,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后血清性激素指标[促卵泡激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、孕激素(P)、黄体生成素(LH)]水平、炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-1β]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.48%,高于对照组的78.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组FSH、LH水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组E_(2)、P水平均低于治疗前,但观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:曲普瑞林用于OEC患者腹腔镜剥除术后可提高治疗总有效率,改善血清性激素指标水平,以及降低炎性因子水平,效果优于术后采用米非司酮治疗。
Objective:To observe application effects of postoperative medication of Triptorelin in patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian endometriotic cyst(OEC)removal.Methods:92 OEC patients admitted to Zhengzhou Chaoren maternity Hospital from May 2020 to September 2021 was selected for the prospective study,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,46 cases in each group.Both groups underwent laparoscopic OEC removal.After the surgery,the control group was treated with Mifepristone,while the observation group was treated with Triptorelin.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,the serum sex hormone index levels[follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E_(2)),progesterone(P),luteinizing hormone(LH)],the inflammatory factor levels[tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-6,IL-1β],the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.48%,which was higher than 78.26%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of FSH and LH in the two groups were higher than before the treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;the levels of E_(2) and P in the two groups were lower than before the treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1βin the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Triptorelin for the OEC patients after laparoscopic removal can improve the total effective rate of treatment,improve the se
