摘要
本文利用超越对数随机前沿生产函数、Dagum基尼系数、传统与空间Markov链等方法进行实证分析,揭示2015~2019年中国19个城市群高新技术企业全要素生产率增长的时空分异特征。研究发现:19个城市群高新技术企业全要素生产率增长率呈增长态势;整体、区域内以及区域间差异均呈明显扩大态势,区域间差异是造成区域差异的根本原因;其时空转移特征呈现出“非对称向上”、“俱乐部收敛”和“跨层次跃升”的态势;在不同领域环境下,其转移特征表现出显著空间依赖性。研究结论对于缩小企业全要素生产率增长的区域差异与促进区域协同创新发展具有重要理论和实践意义。
The empirical analysis is carried out by using the methods of transcendental logarithm stochastic frontier production function,Dagum Gini coefficient,traditional and spatial Markov chain to reveal the regional differences and temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of total factor productivity growth of high-tech enterprises in 19 urban agglomerations in China from2015 to 2019.It is found that the growth rate of total factor productivity of high-tech enterprises in 19 urban agglomerations is increasing,which is mainly due to the improvement of technical efficiency and scale efficiency;the overall,intra-regional and interregional differences are obviously expanding,and the inter-regional differences are the root causes of regional differences;its transfer situation presents the phenomena of“asymmetric upward”,“club convergence”and“cross level leap”;in different field environments,its transfer characteristics show significant spatial dependence.The research conclusion has important theoretical and practical significance for reducing the regional difference of enterprises total factor productivity growth and promoting the development of regional collaborative innovation.
