摘要
文章通过构建多维度的FDI工业行业碳排放模型,对FDI对中国工业碳排放的影响效应进行了实证分析,并从FDI的规模效应、结构效应、技术效应和管制效应四个方面进行了综合考察。研究表明,FDI增加了中国工业行业的碳排放,总效应是负的,但FDI的规模、结构、技术和管制效应存在差异。FDI通过推动行业规模扩张和资本劳动比的上升显著增加了各行业的CO2排放,其规模效应和结构效应为负,通过推动技术进步降低了行业碳排放,技术效应为正,但FDI的环境管制效应对各行业碳排放的约束作用不明显。
Based on the data of Chinese industries, the paper constructs a multidimensional model to study the four effects of FDI on carbon emissions, namely, scale, composition, technique and regulation effects. The research results show that the overall impact of FDI on scale leads to the increase of carbon emissions of Chinese industries. In terms of the structure effect, there is a positive relationship between capital-labor ratios and carbon emissions. In addition, the technical effect caused by FDI is found to be beneficial to the environment. As for the regulation effect, FDI does bring some positive influences on carbon emissions.
