摘要
中药种类较多,且提取物的成分复杂,中药成分不明是限制中药推广的一大障碍,如何分析测定中药中的化学成分,进而确定各组分间协同作用的机理,是分析化学的一大研究方向。介绍了几种目前常用的对中药成分进行分析的方法,并对当前研究现状进行了分析。
There are many types of traditional Chinese medicines,the composition of traditional Chinese medicines and their extracts is complex,the unknown composition of traditional Chinese medicine is a major obstacle to the promotion of traditional Chinese medicine,how to analyze and determine the chemical components in traditional Chinese medicine,and then determine the mechanism of synergy between the components,is a major research direction of analytical chemistry,this paper introduces several currently commonly used methods for the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine ingredients,and analyzes the current research status.
