摘要
目的总结某院中药治疗睡眠障碍疾病的特色和中医辩证后的证型情况及用药规律,为本院药师审核该类型处方提供帮助以及总结经验指导基层机构的中医师运用中医药治疗睡眠障碍疾病。方法收集3个月内心理睡眠科门诊治疗睡眠障碍疾病的中药处方,统计分析处方的用途、睡眠障碍疾病的各种类型、单味药的频次、中药种类、病因病机、中医辩证类型。结果收集的所有处方都是内服处方。单味药茯苓出现频次第一;补虚类中药最多;患者的主要病因是肝脾功能不调,对应的最常见的证型是肝郁脾虚;对睡眠障碍疾病患者的辩证论治,方剂的应用基本上是以经方为基础,以证候的不同为依据,进行药味数和剂量的增减配伍。结论该院睡眠障碍中医药治疗的用药特点、中医的证型和治疗规律以及中药治疗睡眠障碍疾病的当前研究状况,两者的方向一致,但也有其独特的处理方式,既在一定程度上指导基层医疗机构的中医师在临床上运用中药治疗该疾病,又帮助药师熟悉睡眠障碍疾病中医辨证论治的内容和参考审核睡眠障碍疾病的中药处方。
OBJECTIVE To summarize the characteristics of the treatment of sleep disorders with traditional Chinese medicine in a hospital.And the situation of syndrome types and the law of drug use after differentiation of symptoms and signs in traditional Chinese medicine,to provide help for pharmacists in our hospital to examine this type of prescription,and to sum up experience and guide TCM doctors in grass⁃roots institutions to use TCM to treat sleep disorders.METHODS To collect the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of sleep disorders in the outpatient department of Psychological Sleep Department within 3 months,statistical analysis of the usage of prescriptions,various types of sleep disorders,single drug frequency,types of traditional Chinese medicine,etiology and pathogenesis,dialectical types of traditional Chinese medicine.RESULTS All prescriptions collected were for internal use.The frequency of single drug tuckahoe ranked first.The most traditional Chinese medicines are tonifying deficiency.The main cause of the patients is the dysfunction of liver and spleen,and the most common syndrome type is liver depression and spleen deficiency.For the dialectical treatment of patients with sleep disorders,the application of prescription is basically based on the classic prescription,and based on the different syndromes,the increase and decrease of the number of flavors and dosage are compatible.CONCLUSION The characteristics of medicine use,syndrome type and treatment rule of TCM in the treatment of sleep disorders in the hospital,and the current research status of TCM in the treatment of sleep disorders in the hospital,the two directions are the same,but they also have their own unique treatment methods,which not only guide the TCM physicians in primary medical institutions to use TCM in clinical treatment of the disease to a certain extent.It also helps the pharmacists in our hospital to familiarize themselves with the content of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of sleep disorde
