摘要
全面加强新时代劳动教育必须从解决思想问题入手。在劳动教育思想历史嬗变过程中,国家和社会治理的不同分工造就了劳心者与劳力者的阶级和地位差异,不劳而获与劳而无食的不同境遇,使得众人醉心于读书仕进来完成阶层流动,进而形成了劳力者厌劳仇富的历史认知和皓首穷经而不事劳动的畸形心理。在智能时代,人工智能取代了生产生活中的人力支出,智能化的形式和内容成为劳动的重要载体和手段。为此,必须弘扬中华优秀传统文化,协调教育过程中学习与劳动的关系,强化政策和制度保障,推进劳动教育的价值创生。全方位引导人民群众树立正确的劳动观念,培育积极的劳动精神,养成良好的劳动习惯,塑造新时代所需要的劳动能力。
The comprehensive strengthening of labor education in the new era must start with solving the ideological problems.In the process of historical evolution of labor education ideology,different divisions of labor between the state and social governance has created the class and status difference between the hardworking and the laborers,and the different situations of reap without sowing and work fruitlessly,which has led people to be addicted to studying to pursue an official career and complete the class mobility,thus forming the historical cognition that laborers are tired of labor and hate the rich,and the social psychology of being poor but not working.In the era of intelligence,artificial intelligence replaces human expenditure in production and life and the form and content of intelligence have become an important carrier and means of labor.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the excellent Chinese traditional culture,coordinate the relationship between learning and labor in the education process,strengthen policy and institutional guarantees,and promote the value creation of labor education.The people should also be guided on all fronts to establish a correct concept of labor,cultivate a positive labor spirit,develop good labor habits and shape the labor abilities required in the new era.
