“双减”背景下区域中小学教师作业设计:成效、问题与策略——基于北京市7697位中小学教师的数据 被引量:3

摘要 减轻学生作业负担是“双减”政策的重要内容,这对教师作业设计能力提出了更高要求。对北京市东城区85所中小学7697位教师进行了作业设计现状的在线问卷调查,结果显示:教师对作业功能、作业批改和反馈、作业统筹管理等方面具有良好的认识和态度,普遍具有较强的作业目标意识、因材施教理念,重视分层和创新设计作业;学校普遍重视作业的共研共创,实施集体研制作业等措施。但存在部分教师设计的作业与新课改的要求匹配度不高,作业类型、形式和完成方式有待丰富,学科和年级之间的作业缺少统筹及资源交流共享等问题。为此,应强化区域顶层设计,制定科学的作业评价标准,实现作业统筹管理和优质作业资源共建共享,加强对教师作业观和作业设计能力的培训,创新作业设计形式等。 Reducing students’homework burden is an important part of the“double reduction”policy,which puts forward higher requirements for teachers’homework design ability.An online questionnaire survey has been conducted on the current situation of homework design among 7697 teachers from 85 primary and secondary schools in Dongcheng District,Beijing.The results show that teachers have a good understanding and attitude towards homework function,homework correction and feedback,homework overall management;that they generally have a strong sense of homework objectives,the concept of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,and attach importance to hierarchical and innovative design of homework;and that schools generally pay attention to implementing the co-research,co-creation and collective development of homework.However,there are some problems as follows:the homework designed by some teachers does not match the requirements of the new curriculum reform;the types,forms and completion methods of homework need to be enriched;and the homework between subjects and grades lacks coordination and resource exchange and sharing.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the regional top-level design,formulate scientific homework evaluation standards,realize the overall management of homework and the joint construction and sharing of high-quality homework resources,strengthen the training of teachers’concept of homework and ability of homework design,and innovate the form of homework design.
